The course introduces rope skipping, safety, basic skills, events, competition rules, officials, safeguarding and development pathways. Module 1: Introduction to Rope Skipping and IRSF
Rope skipping fundamentals, development of the sport, IRSF profile, tournaments, affiliations and learning pathways.

Module 6: Competition Officials and Event Operations
Roles, responsibilities, communication, scoring, safeguarding and venue operations.

Module 7: Ethics, Discipline, Safeguarding and Integrity
Fair play, inclusion, child protection, anti-doping, complaints, discipline and integrity.
